Over the last 45 years, SAFE Shelter has been a respected resource for area women, men & children who need support to escape domestic violence. Over the years there have been many changes in the way we support domestic violence victims, but the most unfortunate reality is that the demand for our services continues to grow. One core need remains the same-each victim needs a circle of safe support around them so they can break free from their traumatic experience & end the cycle of violence for a stable future.
